Delivery

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address). For UK deliveries tipically reach the recipient within 3-5 working days. Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may take up to 7 working days.

Free Shipping

The Orca offers a freen delivery for any order value greater or equal to £10. Please refer to Delivery above for more details. 

Returns Policy

Returns

Most of our products are for personal use and it would be unhygienic for us to accept returns for products like individual toothbrushes.

Whilst we do not accept returns for individual toothbrushes purchased, we do offer a return and refund policy on all multipacks, box sets and all other individual products.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your bamboo products after using it the first one in the pack, or subscription box you may return the full multipack to us within 30 days of your purchase date and you’ll get a full refund once they have been received.

If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically sent to the original payment card.

Exchanges
We will exchange your product if it is faulty or defective. If you believe this is the case then please email gogreen@thelittlegreenorca.co.uk  to get approval to process an exchange. We may ask you to  provide a few pictures to help us with processing your exchange.

Sending back your item
In the unlikely event you have to send your item back for any of the above reasons, please ensure that you have arranged it with us before doing so.

If we have agreed the return of the item, we will advise you on how to send this in order to ensure that the item is received.
If you are due a refund, a fixed return shipping cost of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
